Please keep in mind that I am not an ILS person. That being said, I asked the folks at SD about their products working in Vista and here's a response from them on 02 April 2007.

"We've been testing the last few months to determine compatibility. Most of the issues that we have discovered thus far have been related to installation. Vista has tightened down the security and we are having to make changes to the software to support installation and updates. We will post announcements on the listservs once we complete testing during the second quarter."
